Annual General Meeting at Natural History Museum Oxford

During the General meeting there was a lecture about new resarch being carried out about moths as important pollinators. The knowledge about pollinators is still growing.
Bumble Bee workshop at Natural History Museum
Gaining lots of information about British Bumble bees. Life cycle, identification and tasting Bumble Bee honey. The flavour is much more intense that honey bee honey. I think this gave me the starting idea for printing with honey.
Illustration Workshop at BHENS
Holding the insects while drawing them outside was a great alternative to drawing dead insects under the microscope. This reiterated my ideas of continuing to investigate how touch could be used in the gallery space for audience participation.
